Optimist International came to us originally for music for their gala night. A few
weeks before the convention they asked us to help them with other forms of entertainment. And we did!
They had five days of events. They wanted strolling entertainers and music near their registration desk and at
the entrance of their breakfasts and luncheons. They also wanted two mini Mardi Gras parades for a reception and their
gala night.
So we sprung in to action coordinating all the talent. We were sure to give them different entertainment for each
event to keep it fresh. They didn't have the same costume twice over the five day period.
We coordinated the costumes on our entertainers with the elements used for the parades with themes. The first night
was a musical theme and the second was a mardi gras jester theme.
Everything was on time, everything went off with no problems and everyone had fun!
