New Orleans Music Events provided entertainment & coordination for the opening of Bank One's
National Sales Conference's General Session and Vendor Fair. We also provided table decor and music for their Awards
Banquet.
Decor
Trying to match 168 tables with different colors posed a challenge. I choose the sequined table tops
for the glitz and got together with my floral desinger and choose the tulip. We then picked the linen colors according
to the available tulip colors. That's how we came up with the color scheme. Then we took a cad drawing
of the tables and marked each table with a color to keep the five different colors in some sort of order. We then
put them atop a lighted base for a more dramatic look.
Entertainment
Entertainment elements included a min mardi gras parade for the opening of the general session as well as tarot
readers, caricatures, a money machine, digital photography, dj's and revelers for their vendor fair.
